You host. We run it.
Conferences, leadership forums, educational shows, seminars and networking evenings. We handle the parts that go wrong when nobody is watching them.
The kinds of events we run
Ask about anything not on this list. If we are not the right people we will say so.

Vision
We ask what the day is actually for and who is coming. Everything follows from that.
Planning and budget
A written plan and a number, before anything is booked. You approve both.
Suppliers
Venue, catering, sound, printing. We book them and we chase them.
Stakeholders
Speakers, sponsors, partners, and everyone who needs to know what happens when.
On the day
We are there from setup to clean-up, so you get to be a host rather than a manager.
Afterwards
What worked, what did not, what it cost, and the photographs.
What we handle, and what stays with you
We would rather be clear about this at the start than discover it a week before the date.

What you are actually worried about
That it goes wrong in front of people whose opinion you care about. That the caterer does not turn up, the microphone fails, or nobody tells the speakers where to stand.
So: one named person owns your event from the first call to the last chair. You get their number. If something changes three days before, you ring them and they deal with it rather than routing you through an inbox.
And if we are not the right people for your event, we will say so at the first conversation rather than at the third.
One person, from the first call to the last chair
You will have a name and a number, not a shared inbox. If something changes three days before, you ring that person and they deal with it. That is the whole promise, and it is the thing most often missing.
What we have done lately
Dated, so you can see for yourself whether this is a going concern.
Summer Women's Gathering
Workshops, shared food, and a panel on getting back into professional work after moving countries. Scarborough. Around 120 came.
Business Skills Intensive, Cohort 3
Six evenings across three weeks on bookkeeping, pricing and registering a business in Ontario. Toronto. 28 women finished.
Community Fundraising Dinner
Organised end to end for a partner organisation, from venue to programme to clean-up. Etobicoke. Around 200 came.
